Accuracies: The accuracy ratings listed for rotary air bearing tables represent the certified test results of the axis of rotation of the bearing, tilt and center worktable assembly and motor drive if provided by ABTech. A system accuracy certification will be provided for the system as ordered. Rotary accuracies are measured using a master test ball certified to 1 µ”, centered on the worktable and plotted using a high resolution electronic indicator. Addition of a motor drive, tilt and center worktable or any additional fixturing or accessories by the end-user will add to the total system error.
Options: Motor drives, high resolution rotary encoders, motion controllers, vacuum part holding features and vacuum generators, anti-rotation devices, custom bolt patterns, part holding chucks and centering fixtures are available at additional cost. Export Restrictions: These commodities, technology, or software are not to be exported from the United States unless in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
Warranty & Claims: ABTech, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the equipment will be delivered free from defects in material and workmanship when used and operated under normal operating conditions, providing it is assembled, installed and operated in a manner deemed appropriate by ABTech. The obligations of ABTech are limited to rework, repair or replacement at ABTech’s option, of any component that within one year from date of shipment is returned to ABTech for approved warranty work. Service calls are limited to the US and will be quoted as required.
Returns & Refunds (if applicable): Our refund policy requires prior notification and approval for the return within 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this period. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable): If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, call customer service at 1-603-358-6431, or send an email request to email@example.com with the details of your purchase and the item you want instead. You will be responsible for the difference in cost between the items, or a credit or refund will be issued for the difference if the new item is priced less than the original item.
Shipping (for exchanges): Products must be returned to: 126 Monadnock Highway, Swanzey NH 03446 (US). Depending on our inventory level at the time your return is received, we generally will ship within 3-5 days using standard UPS Ground service. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item except in the case of warranty returns. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider purchasing insurance for your shipment as we will not be responsible for damaged or lost return shipments.
