Anti-Rotational Lock
ABTech's anti-rotational locks are for all EAS tables. They are a part of "best practice" for torquing parts, as they help to avoid shutting off the air supply.

Small Custom Jig
The small custom jig is ideal for small rotary tables up to 200mm in diameter, but can also be used for larger tables up to 400mm diameter. The fixture plates are accurately located and fastened directly on the rotary table. This simple, economical method allows using modular fixturing or dedicated permanent fixturing. Custom vacuum jigs are available as well.

This scroll chuck with 3-point contact is made of high-quality forged steel body construction, allowing for higher lathe speeds. It is a hardened ground scroll with precision balance which elongates its life and increases accuracy. The hardened jaws and pinions also help to increase the chuck’s lifespan. And the American standard tongue and groove master jaws allow for greater flexibility in choice of top tooling.

Micro Test Ball Sets
Master test balls are made of tungsten carbide with a stainless-steel magnetic base and a threaded Delrin protective cover. Each set comes with a certification of calibration and traceability to at least 2.0 microinches (0.05 microns) accuracy after having been tested using ultra-precision form measurement gages; calibrated gage blocks directly traceable to NIST, and the Donaldson ball reversal technique to eliminate spindle error isolating only the error of the test ball itself.

MicroTIR shown with single and dual probe adaptors
The user interface displays the results in a traditional analog-style needle and digital format. The maximum and minimum readings and TIR are captured removing potential operator error and user subjectivity. You can input part numbers and descriptions and your results can be saved or printed for customer verification or as a traveler for the part.

Small Air Filter Regulator
To ensure lasting performance and contaminate protection for your air-bearing motion system ABTech offers basic dual-element filter/regulator accessory units. The small model, unit #00787AC, has a 5.0-micron pre-filter and 0.5-micron coalescing secondary filter.
If your air-bearing motion system is powered then we recommend adding a safety interlock pressure sensor switch to detect the loss of air supply to the air-bearing stage.
