Setting Master
ABTech offers a setting master that uses a natural granite base and an air-bearing slide for the set up of ID and OD beam-type gages such as Federal Products Series 980. The granite base in combination with the air bearing slide ensures a stable, low-maintenance gage.
The setting master has a vertical stage feature with 6.00 in. travel and 50 microinch resolution to accommodate various beam gage configurations. Standard horizontal travel is available in 80” or 150” and is measured using a high accuracy linear scale for ±0.00024in. accuracy over full travel.
The touch screen user interface is intuitive and easy to read and can store linear offsets for increased accuracy. Custom travel lengths can be made available, so always consult ABTech with your specifications.
The setting master features user-friendly position control adjustments for both vertical and horizontal setting. The unique <a href=”https://abtechmfg.com/precision-motion-components/linear-stages/”>linear stage</a> and manual drive combine for ultra-smooth horizontal motion. The touch screen user interface is intuitive and easy to read.
