Micro Test Ball Sets
Master test balls are tungsten carbide with a stainless-steel magnetic base and a threaded Delrin cover. Certified to 2.0 microinches (0.05 microns) accuracy, they are tested with ultra-precision measurement, NIST-traceable gage blocks, and the Donaldson ball reversal technique to isolate ball error.

Ultra-Fine & Fine Adjust Probe Mounts

Our custom probe mounts are designed to allow two probes to gain access to multiple surfaces in close proximity to each other using one horizontal arm.

90-Degree Cable Exit
- Takes a standard cable exit on a plunger probe and provide a 90° bend in the cable.
Allows for easier probe placement on parts in certain configurations.
Changeable Probe Tip Adaptor
- Uses 4-48 threaded probe tips allowing for an easy change of custom lengths, ball sizes, ball material etc.
- Eliminates left and right probe tip movement which reduces the chance of improper probe placement on part surfaces.

Gage Blocks for Probe Calibration
- ABTech’s precision gage blocks calibrate lever and plunger probes on standard products with electronic probes.
- Precision-ground metal blocks can be joined with minimal dimensional uncertainty.
- A few gage blocks create accurate lengths across a wide range.
Large Air Filter Regulator
- Dual filter units: small (#00787AC) with 5.0/0.5-micron filters, large (#00938AD) with 5.0/0.3-micron filters.
- Ensure performance and contaminate protection.
- Add a safety interlock sensor for powered systems.
Electronics Carts
- These electronics carts are used to mount monitors, PCs, and controllers, and provides shelf space for a keyboard, mouse, and an optional printer.
Replacement Air Filters
- We have various replacement air filters on offer for both small and large air filters and regulators.
Anti-Rotational Lock
These anti-rotational locks are made for all EAS tables. They are classified as "best practice" for torquing parts, over shutting off the air supply.
